I handle criminal, civil, and domestic relations cases. I consider myself a trial attorney; therefore, I prepare every case as if it were going to trial. I review all of my cases several times a week and maintain a log of hours spent on each case.

I try to keep a low number of cases in order to give my clients the attention they deserve. One of the biggest complaints that I hear about lawyers is that they can never be reached.

My goal is to put my clients at ease. I will always keep you informed as to the progress of your case.

Areas Of Practice

Alex Postic is licensed and experienced to practice in State and Federal Court at pretrial, trial and appellate level. This includes Magistrate and Municipal Court.

In criminal matters, Mr. Postic represents those accused of commiting a crime – from misdemeanors and traffic violations to major felonies in State and Federal Court. This firm also handles probation and parole violations as well as post conviction matters such as Criminal Appeals and Post Conviction Relief (PCR) actions.

In workers’ compensation and personal injury cases, Mr. Postic represents people who have been injured through no fault of their own by the negligent behavior of others.

In Family Court, Mr. Postic represents juveniles who have been petitioned to court by the Solicitor’s Office or the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ). Mr. Postic also handles other domestic matters such as divorce, child custody, and disputes with the Department of Social Services (DSS).
